Session Recording and Error Monitoring
To find and fix problems, we record how the dashboard is used. When something goes wrong during a visit, we keep a recording of that visit so we can see what led up to it. We also keep a small sample of ordinary visits for comparison. This applies to the AirSign dashboard only — we do not record what is shown on your screens or capture anything from the venue itself.
What a recording contains
A recording shows the dashboard as you saw it. That includes the text on the page, the images displayed, and what you typed into forms — so anything you enter or view while working, such as menu contents or the name of a member of staff, may appear in it.
Two things are never recorded. Passwords are obscured before the recording leaves your browser, and payment card details are entered in a separate secure frame that the recorder cannot see into.
Each recording carries an account identifier and a business identifier so that, when you report a problem, we can find the right session. Your name and email address are not attached to it, though they may be visible on screen within the recording itself.
Recordings and error reports are held by a third-party monitoring provider acting as a Service Provider on our behalf, and are retained only as long as needed to diagnose the problem. If you would prefer that your sessions are not recorded, contact us at the address below.
Retention of Your Data
The Company retains your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy — to the extent needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve the Service’s functionality, or when we are legally required to retain it longer.
Transfer of Your Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating locations and anywhere else the parties involved in processing are located — meaning it may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of such information, represents your agreement to that transfer. The Company takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Data
You have the right to delete, or request that we assist in deleting, the Personal Data we have collected about you.
You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information you have provided.
Security
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
